Michael brings more than 25 years of hospitality leadership experience overseeing hotels and resorts across multiple brands, markets, and property types throughout the United States. Before joining Daly Seven, he held executive leadership roles at several major hospitality management companies, leading multi-property portfolios of branded select-service hotels, with a strong focus on operations, team development, guest experience, and long-term hotel performance.
Michael’s leadership style is built around visibility, accountability, and relationships. He started his hospitality career at just 15 years old as a dishwasher in a local family-owned restaurant and worked his way up through the industry, giving him a hands-on understanding of hotel operations at every level. He is passionate about building strong cultures, mentoring future leaders, and creating environments where both associates and hotels can thrive.
