Noel Anderson
Vice President and General Counsel of Real Estate & Finance
Noel Anderson joined Daly Seven in May 2017 as In-House Counsel and Assistant Real Estate Director, and was subsequently promoted to In-House Counsel & Real Estate Director in December 2020. Noel has now assumed the role of Vice President and General Counsel of Real Estate & Finance. In this capacity, he advises the Board of Directors on acquisition and development opportunities, negotiates contractual terms, and fosters relationships with Daly Seven’s lending partners. Noel is a licensed attorney and provides counsel on a diverse array of legal matters impacting the company.
Noel is also a North Carolina-licensed real estate broker. Noel received his Bachelor of Science from NC State University where he graduated with honors in Sport Management. Noel also received his Master’s Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from NC State University. After working in the sports marketing field for 5 years, Noel attended law school at Campbell University where he was a Merit Scholar and received numerous academic awards. During law school, Noel gained valuable work experience through internships at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Duke Energy, Toshiba, and Quintiles. Noel is an active member of the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. When Noel is not working, he can be found spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their four children, volunteering at church, attending sporting events, or exercising.
