Joe Daly

Joe is an owner and also the son of retired Board Director Patrick Daly Sr. He currently serves as Board Director, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Joe has played an active role in the company since 2010 when he started as an Assistant General Manager. In his current role, his focus is on deal-structuring, finance, and executive oversight over the company's profitability, long-term vision, and leadership team. Joe grew up in Danville, VA, and holds a degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech. Joe brings several years of experience in operations, sales and marketing, and leadership. He currently resides in Cary with his wife and 3 children. When he isn't actively participating in his children's activities, you can find him on the golf course, giving back to his community and supporting organizations which are near and dear to his heart.
