Awards GalaGala Glamour (Your Way): The Awards Gala is about celebrating you and the incredible achievements of our leadership team. We want you to look and feel like the star you are!
While this is our first-ever awards gala, the focus remains on our people, not the price tag of their attire. You don’t need a tuxedo or a ballroom gown to shine. We encourage a look that is polished and modest, allowing us to maintain a professional yet festive atmosphere.
Choose Your Style:
For the "Go Big" Crowd: If you love the drama of the red carpet, go for it! Think tuxedos or suits with bowties, and floor-length gowns or sequined styles. We just ask that you opt for refined modesty with styles that provide more coverage.
For the "Polished & Professional" Crowd: A sharp dark suit or a structured blazer with tailored trousers is a classic win. For those choosing dresses or skirts, please ensure hemlines are at or below the knee. A sophisticated, dressy jumpsuit or a chic cocktail dress is always a great choice.
For the "Comfortably Chic" Crowd: Not a fan of ties or heels? No problem. Ties are optional—we welcome a clean, open-collar look with a crisp blazer and chinos. You might also consider a silk blouse paired with elegant dress pants.
Footwear for Celebrating
We want you strutting across that stage with confidence! Don’t feel pressured to wear high heels or too-tight dress shoes. Elegant flats, dressy loafers, or polished boots are all excellent choices for enjoying the awards presentation and the night of fun to follow.
Again, this event is all about you! We want to you feel your best, so that you can focus on the celebrations, food, and fun!
