Daly Seven, Inc., a privately held, family owned and operated company, was established in Danville, Virginia in 1979.

Over the past 25 years, the company has developed a history and reputation of successful development and management of hotel properties in the Virginia and North Carolina areas, through a constant and consistent commitment to product quality, value and service.

The first property built by Daly Seven, Inc. was the Innkeeper in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1982. Since then, the company embarked on an aggressive expansion program during which the Innkeeper brand grew to include 24 properties by 1996. During that period, starting in 1988, the company further expanded its property base by adding additional facilities in both states represented under the Marriott, Hilton and InterContinental Hotels Group brands, to where it currently owns and operates 37 properties in Virginia and North Carolina. Daly Seven, Inc. continues to seek opportunities to grow its property bases and currently plans to open additional facilities in Virginia and North Carolina during 2007.

In addition to the ownership and operation of the hotel portfolio, Daly Seven, Inc. also owns and operates a number of cemeteries; a billboard company and a hotel supply company.
